Tots and Moms Banana Rice Cereal makes for a gluten-free, easily digestible cereal loaded with the calcium and fibre of raw banana with the vitamins of par-boiled rice flavoured with sweetly scented cardamom. Raw Kerala banana is a rich immune-booster, with higher potassium content than regular bananas, rich in vitamins, natural taste and fibre. It’s a great food for growing kids, eases constipation and helps in weight gain and just needs to be mixed with cold water or milk, cooked on a low flame and served warm.

Raw Kerala Banana(30%), Par-boiled Rice(69%), Cardamom(1%).
- Wash your hands and take clean utensils to prepare food.
- Take 100ml of cold water/milk and 2tbsp of powder and mix lump-free.
- Cover the mixture on medium flame for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Serve warm
- Add Tots & Moms Dry Fruits Powder, Dates Powder or any Fruits puree to enhance nutrition.
