Tots and Moms Multigrain Millets Sathu Mavu Porridge is a nutritionally rich, very strengthening breakfast food that combines 8 nutritionally dense millets with gram lentils and dry fruits. Millet foods are easily absorbed by the body due to their high nutrition value, are extremely healthy and carry nutrients in water soluble and easily digestible forms. Every spoonful of porridge satisfies different needs; of iron, protein, vitamin, fibre and are easily digestible, boosting immunity, brain power and overall energy and body function. Make this porridge sweet or savoury by cooking with cold water over a low flame and adding fruit puree or mild spices for savoury taste.

- Wash your hands and take clean utensils to prepare food.
- Take 100ml of cold water/milk and 2tbsp of powder and mix lump-free.
- Cover the mixture on medium flame for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Serve warm
