Vegetable Poha For Kids and Toddlers Shishu Ahaar Tindi Breakfast

Vegetable Poha for Toddlers & Kids makes for a delicious and nutritious morning breakfast. Early morning breakfast needs to be nutritious especially for kids who will be heading to school and have to be on toes in the first session. For a parent, it cannot be a tedious one making it too time-consuming dish and hence I am always on the go of trying new recipes which take less of a time and keep all the required nutrition fact considered.

A great combination of vegetables and paneer along with Poha and some easily available spices goes well for lunchbox too. You can also tweak this recipe a bit and make this likable for your family. I would recommend you try this with different vegetables, sprouts, or soaked pulses. You can give this to 10 months plus babies who are learning to eat on their own minus salt.
