Even if you sit in an AC compartment and don’t feel thirsty, your body really needs water. Keep a tab on the water intake through water bottles!
2. Skincare Routine
It comprises of three steps – Cleansing, Toning & Moisturising. Cleansing your face with cold water is always preferable. Avoid regular use of harsh chemicals through face wash, wet tissues or soaps. Again, toning keeps your skin intact and allows pores to breathe through. You can use a natural toner or pick it from your kitchen like cucumber or rose water.
