  1. Sweet Potato
  2. Peanut
  3. Seasonings (parsley, basil, Chilli Falkes) or any of your choice.
  4. Olive oil
  5. Leamon

Method

  1. Boil Sweet Potatoes, Peanuts and mash the Sweet Potatoes
  2. To this add boiled peanuts and seasonings.
  3. You can add any seasonings of your choice like Parsley, Basil, Chilli Flakes and so on.
  4. Now add light dressing of olive oil and lime juice.
  5. Finally an easy lunchbox or snack recipe, made with healthy and filling ingredients is ready to serve.
