Ingredients

  • Sprouted Green Gram - 2 cups
  • Carrot - 1 grated
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As needed
  • Tadka - 1 tsp (Optional)

Method

  • Take a mixing bowl and add the ingredients one by one. To start with lets add Sprouted Green Gram - 2 cups, Carrot - 1 grated, Pomegranate - 1/2 cup, Lemon Juice - 1 tsp, Salt as needed and Tadka. Mix all the ingredients evenly and garnish with Curry Leaves for traditional taste.
  • Sprouted Green Gram Salad is ready to serve.
