Method
- All the above ingredients are kept ready for easy cooking. Add Ghee 2 tps to a heated non-stick cooking pan, once heated add Cumin powder and Asafoetida.
- Mix them well and then add Carrot grated - 2 tbsp, a pinch of Turmeric and pepper powder, allow the Carrots to blend well with all the ingredients added.
- Add Water - 3/4 cup and also Oats 2 tbsp to the heated non-stick pan. Mix the above added ingredients well, close the cooking pan lid and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Once it gets cooked mix it well and serve it hot or luke warm.
