Peanuts Dates Laddu- Protein Rich Snack for Toddlers and Kids is a two ingredients sweet and delicious dessert. Ingredients

Peanuts: 1 cup
Medjool Dates : 3
Cocoa powder : 1 tbsp (optional)

Method

  1. Dry roast the peanut on low flame, keep stirring so that peanuts gets roasted uniformly
  2. Now peel of the skin with your hands or crush it the help of small cup, and make a coarse powder
  3. Grind Medjool date along with some cocoa powder which is optional and to the same add some coarse peanut powder to avoid stickiness . Note : No Sugar or Jaggery is used in this Laddu recipe
  4. At last combine the powdered peanuts and grinded dates mixture together, and shape into balls
  5. Enjoy your homemade Peanut Dates Laddu with family and friends
