Paneer is highly nutritious and helps in enhancing growth. It is one of the best dairy products to offer babies post for 8 months. High in protein, rich in calcium makes it totally worth it when used in different forms in baby and kid’s food.
I’ve posted a lot of Khichdi recipes on my blog already. Most khichdi’s are boring and soggy and there are high chances that not many babies or kids like such texture when they complete a year and start exploring textures and taste. Hence I’ve tried to tweak it a little bit to make it healthy yet appealing. The inclusion of moong dal in this recipe acts as a charm to the taste and adds more nutritional benefits.
This can be given to babies post 8 months. I’ve used Rice here and you can feel free to use dalia, foxtail millet, or little millet.
