Ingredients

  1. Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
  2. Pista - 1/4 cup
  3. Almonds - 1/4 cup
  4. Fried Gram - 1/4 cup
  5. Dry Ginger - 1/2 inch
  6. Kesar - 10 strands

Method

  1. Dry fry Almonds and Pista 1/4 cup each.
  2. Now dry fry Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup and allow all the nuts to cool down.
  3. Now add the cooled ingredients to a zip lock cover and crush is as much as possible with a cup or pestle. Now transfer it to a blender.
  4. Add all the other ingredients as well, Fried gram - 1/4 cup, Dry Ginger - 1 inch and for 1 minute heat the Kesar strands - 10 in number, add to the Blender Jar. We shall then blend it smooth in a Blender Jar carefully with small turns, ensuring that there are no lumps formed and to get an oil-free blender Nuts Powder mixture. Store it in an airtight container for further use.er use.
  5. The nuts powder is ready to be used.
