MOONG OATS TOAST for Toddlers, Kids & Family

Easy to make, delicious, protein rich breakfast recipe. Also can be a healthy snack for your child's tiffin box.

  • Moong (soaked) – 1 cup
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Green Chillies – 2 small
  • Sugar – optional
  • Ghee – For roasting


  • Take a blender. Add moong (soaked), oats, ginger, chillies, sugar.
  • Blend it to a smooth paste. Transfer the paste in a bowl.
  • Take slice of bread and apply the paste generously to one side.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the bread slice from both the sides until golden brown.
  • Moong Oats Toast is ready to serve.
