How to make Ginger Kashaya or Ginger Tea ?

Ingredients
1. Ginger - 1/2 inch Grated
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Honey - 1 tsp
4. Lemon - 1/2 tsp
Method
1. Add 1 cup water to the pan, add Ginger - 1/2 tsp grated and allow it to boil.
2. Allow the mixture to boil for 5 -10 minutes, till the water changes the color.
3. Keep the mixture aside to cool a bit and leave it aside for some time. Strain the mixture.
4. Squeeze few lemon drops and a tsp of Honey and mix well and serve it semi hot.
5. Ginger Kashayam or Ginger Tea or Adhrak Kashay is ready to serve.
