DRY FRUITS POWDER for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

  1. Pistachio - ¼ cup
  2. Almonds – ¼ cup
  3. Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
  4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  5. Nutmeg - 1/2 grated (optional)
  6. Saffron strands - 5-8 (optional)


  1. Pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts are taken in a bowl with 1/4 cup each.
  2. Nutmeg and turmeric are kept accessible for the use later in the preparation.
  3. Pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts are fried individually on a medium flame. Fry them till the color changes to roasted shade. Saffron strands are also dry fried
  4. Transfer them to a plate to cool them well.
  5. After it’s completely cooled, transfer them to a zip lock cover and vacuum it.
  6. Once this is ready, we can gently use a mortar, stone or rolling pin to crush the dry fruits content.
  7. The crushed mixture is transferred to the mixer.
  8. Now ½ tsp of turmeric and half grated nutmeg is added.
  9. Now the mixer contents are added the mixer and ensured small turns, while grinding.
  10. The powder is made sure its grounded well.
  11. The dry fruits powder is ready to use once cooled.
