DATES & WALNUTS OATMEAL for Toddlers, Kids & Family

Healthy, filling Dates Walnut Oatmeal for Babies, Toddlers and Kids. Oats are very satisfying while dates and walnut add to the nutritional value and taste.

Recipe Type: Breakfast, evening snacks


  • Oats - 1/2 Cup
  • Walnut powder - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Dates powder or Honey - 2 Tsp
  • Cardamom - a Pinch


  • Take milk in a pan. Add oats and Cook it for 3 minutes.
  • Add powdered walnuts followed by dates powder. Mix it well. Incase you don't have dates powder, use honey.
  • Continuously stir until thick. Add pinch of cardamom or cinnamon powder. Dates & Walnut Oatmeal ready to serve
