This Oatmeal recipe is a perfect, healthy & filling kick start to your morning along with the chocolate treat to boost your mood.

Ingredients

  1. Milk - 1 cup
  2. Oats - 2 tbsp
  3. Sugar / Jaggery - 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Dry Fruits Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
  7. Cinnamon powder - a pinch

Method

  1. Take a pan, add 1 cup of milk. Add oats along with it and stir.
  2. Add sugar or jaggery for sweetness. Dry Fruits Powder to make it nutritious, you can skip it though.
  3. Now add cocoa powder and cinnamon powder. Stir well and put on the flame now.
  4. Cook the mixture well for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens. At the end add vanilla essence.
  5. Chocolate Oats is ready to be served. Serve it hot or chilled.
