Cheesy Potato Bites for Babies, Toddlers & Kids

Cheesy Potato Bites kannada hindi snacks for babies toddlers kids

Cheese is my recent obsession, given that the whole family likes it. Kids love it too much and makes a must ingredient in most of their dishes. I recently tried this snack on one morning when I was thinking of what to make for Disha’s snackbox. I was preparing Aloo Paratha that day for breakfast and this idea just popped out. I quickly made potato balls by filling it with cheese and freezed it, deep fried after 20 minutes and tada her snackbox was ready with some curd as a dip. Disha loved these Cheesy Potato Bites and now its on our weekly snackbox menu.

I’ve used sooji or rava with potato mixture to make it a little crispy and I’ve opted to coat it with same rava instead of bread crumbs, my healthy way. You can customize this by adding some chopped greens, with or without cheese, giving it in italian twist by adding italian seasoning and chilli flakes, the list is never ending. This can be given to babies above 8 months without salt and less spice. Let me take you through the recipe now.
