Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
- Cumin Powder – A pinch

- Once done transfer florets to a blender jar with minimal water and blend smooth. Take a wide pan and add this puree to it, followed by pepper powder, cumin powder, and a little butter.
- Heat this mixture by stirring for a minute or two. Adding these ingredients and heating is an optional step but this will make the puree more delicious. Now, transfer this to a bowl and serve your warm.
