Ingredients

  1. Rice – 1 tbsp
  2. Carrot – 1 chopped
  3. Milk/ Water – 1 cup
  4. Dates chopped – 3 numbers
  5. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  6. Kesar - 4 strands

Method

  1. Lets cook Carrot kheer with Dates for Babies and Kids, with firstly adding 2 tbsp of Water and  Dates chopped small that is of  3 numbers, all into the pressure cooker.  Once the Dates gets cooked and semi solid and mushy completely lets add Ghee 1 tbsp.
  2. Add 1 cup grated Carrot, Milk 0r Water to the pressure cooker.
  3. Finally add 1 tbsp Soaked Rice with the Water, mix well. (Note - We can replace the Rice with any of the Millet of your choice and make the Carrot Kheer with Dates for Babies and Kids)
  4. Close the pressure cooker lid and allow 3 whistles for proper cooking of the ingredients. Add the cooked kheer and serve with kesar strands as the garnish.
  5. Lip smacking Carrot Kheer with Dates for Babies and Kids are ready to serve for the babies and kids to try their hands on this tasty savory.
