Egg is a protein rich breakfast for a baby to go stronger and healthier and definitely a total justice for nutrition for the growing baby.

  • Boiled Egg Yolk

Egg - 1
Water - 2 cups

  • Scrambled Egg Yolk

Ingredients

Eggs - 2 nos.
Cumin power / Pepper powder - a pinch

  •  Egg Yolk Omlette

Ingredients

Egg - 1

  •  Egg Yolk Carrot Rice

Ingredients

Butter
Rice
Carrot - 1 tbsp
Pepper or Cumin powder
Rice - 2 tbsp
Yolk - 1

  • Egg Yolk Oats Pancake

Ingredients

Butter - 1 tbsp
Oats Powder - 1 tbsp
Yolk - 1

Method

  • Boiled Egg Yolk

Boil the Egg for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Remove the Yolk and mash it well, add either breast milk or formula, mix it well and serve.

  • Scrambled Egg Yolk

2 eggs are selected.Crack them and once the settles in one of the halves of the egg, carefully pour the egg white in a separate container. Add Cumin powder or Pepper powder to it and pour on a pre-heated non-stick vessel and cook it well. Once its cooked its ready to serve.

  • Egg Yolk Omlette

Crack a Egg and whisk it well, add pepper or Cumin seeds if required and pour the batter on non-stick tava. Roast it both sides and serve it hot.

  • Egg Yolk Carrot Rice

Add Butter to a non-stick pan, then add grated Carrot - 1 tbsp and fry for 1 minute. Now add 2 tbsp of cooked rice and then cooked egg yolk and at the end add Cumin powder or Pepper powder or both as well to the cooking vessel, mix well till the egg seemed to have blended and cooked well. Mix it evenly and its ready to serve.

  • Egg Yolk Oats Pancake

Add Egg - 1, Milk little as per the consistency of Pancake batter. Once the batter is ready pour it o to the non-stick tava for desired shapes and cook it both sides. Serve it hot.
