3 Veg Purees for Babies & Toddlers

Baby food with healthy cooking and combination, delivering spices in the natural cooking making digestion easy and the meal healthy. Baby food recipes with vegetables and baby friendly spices.

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1
  • Cinnamon Powder - A pinch
  • Potato - 1
  • Garlic - 1 pod
  • Beetroot - 1
  • Cumin Powder - A pinch

 

 

Method

Carrot Puree

  • Wash, peel and dice the Carrot in abstract sizes.
  • Transfer the Chopped Carrot on to the steamer basket for few minutes.
  • Now transfer the softened Carrot to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree. The boiled Carrot water can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
  • Add a pinch of Cinnamon Powder to the puree and serve to feed the baby.

Potato Puree

  • Wash, peel and dice the Potato in abstract sizes.
  • Transfer the Chopped Potato, Garlic Pod on to the steamer basket for few minutes.
  • Now transfer the softened Potato to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree.
  • The boiled Potato water with Garlic can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
  • Serve it to the baby to explore and eat by themselves to try Baby led weaning.

 Beetroot Puree

  • Wash, peel and dice the Beetroot in abstract sizes.
  • Transfer the Chopped Beetroot on to the steamer basket for few minutes.
  • Now transfer the softened Beetroot to the blender or food processor to blend it into a fine smooth puree.
  • Add a pinch of Cumin Powder to taste and mix well. The boiled Beetroot water can be added to the puree in case we want the puree to be runny.
  • Serve it to the baby to explore the texture, color and taste by themselves for initiating Baby led weaning.
