Instant Wheat Rava Dosa for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

Instant no Ferment Dosa recipe with minimal ingredients

Ingredients

  1. Wheat Flour – 1 cup
  2. Rava – 1 cup
  3. Onion – 1 chopped
  4. Urad Dal = 1 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds - Little
  6. Oil – 1 tbsp
  7. Curry Leaves – 4 leaves
  8. Chana Dal – 1 tsp

Method

  1. Dry Roast Rava – 1 cup as specified above and once its semi roasted keep aside to cool. Now a simple tadka with Oil – 1 tbsp, a little Mustard seeds, chopped curry leaves, Urad dal - 1 tsp, Chana dal – 1 tsp , Onion – 1 chopped finely and fry it till the Onion is cooked and transparent with golden brown shade and allow it to cool.
  2. Once cooled mix all the ingredients are mixed together, that is pre-prepared Rava mixture and Wheat flour – 1 cup, White salt as required , add Water to make running thin batter preferably.
  3. Now pour the Instant Wheat Rava Dosa batter onto a heated non-stick pan and add Oil or Ghee to fry both the sides and here we go Instant Wheat Rava Dosa ready to eat and prepared in a giffy
  4. Time to taste crispy and tasty wholesome Instant Wheat Rava Dosa, ready to serve for toddlers and family with homemade coconut chutney.
