Ingredients

  1. Cooked Rice - 1/2 cup
  2. Paneer - 2 tbsp
  3. Spinach / Palak - 5-6 leaves
  4. Ghee/ Butter - 1 tsp
  5. Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Add Ghee or Butter - 1 tsp and once its starting to heat up add chopped and washed Spinach leaves - 5-6 leaves. Now add 1 tbsp of Paneer to it mix well to cook the ingredients well.
  2. Now add Cooked Rice - 1/2 cup and Pepper - 1/4 tsp to tit and mix well and allow the ingredients to blend well and once its all mixed its ready to serve.
  3. Hot and tasty Spinach Paneer Rice is ready to serve.
