Ingredients
- Carrot -1 number
- Tomato – 1 number
- Garlic – 2 pods
- Cumin Powder –Pinch
- Pepper Powder – Pinch
- Butter – 2 tsp or 1 small cube
Method
- All the ingredients are kept ready firstly. Add chopped Carrots, Tomatoes, 2 chopped Garlic Pods and pressure cooker with Water with 2 whistles. After which we need to mash it fine or use the blender.
- Add Butter - 2 tsp on a stove once it melts add the blended Carrot and Tomato to it.
- Add Pepper and Cumin powder both one pinch and mix well.
- Hot and tasty nutritious Carrot Tomato Soup for toddlers and kids is ready to serve.
